RETURNS

1. Contact our customer service

Send an email to our customer service at info@raveg-hairstyling.com and include your order number.
The request must be submitted within 100 days after receiving the product. Our customer service team will assist you with requesting a return label and provide further instructions.

2. Pack your order carefully

Use the original packaging (if possible) or a sturdy box to prevent damage.
Include the packing slip or a note with your order number inside the package.

3. Drop off your return

Drop off the package free of charge at a parcel point of your choice.
The return label provided by our customer service contains all the necessary information.

When will I receive my refund?

We process your return within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used when placing your order.
