Raveg values your privacy highly. We therefore only process data that is necessary for (improving) our services and handle the information we collect about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the Raveg website and the services provided through it. The effective date of this policy is 29/04/2026. With the publication of a new version, all previous versions become invalid. This privacy policy describes what data we collect about you, how it is used, and with whom and under what conditions this data may be shared with third parties.

Below you can read how we process your data, where it is stored, which security techniques we use, and who has access to the data.
2.1 WEBSITE SOFTWARE
Our website is developed using software from a recognized website application developer. We host our website on servers of a recognized web hosting provider. Personal data that you provide to us for our services is shared with this provider. The hosting provider only has access to your data to provide (technical) support and will never use it for other purposes.
This provider is contractually obliged to take appropriate security measures, including strong password policies and security software installation. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
2.2 WEB HOSTING
We use web hosting and email services from a recognized hosting provider. This provider processes personal data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. It may collect metadata about the use of its services, which does not include personal data. Appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to prevent loss and unauthorized use of personal data. The provider is bound by a confidentiality agreement.
2.3 EMAIL
For our regular business email communication, we use services from a recognized hosting provider. This provider has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of data. The provider does not have access to our mailbox, and all email communication is treated confidentially.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
3.1 GENERAL PURPOSE
We use your data exclusively to provide our services. The purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you give us. We do not use your data for targeted marketing.
If we use your data to contact you for reasons other than your request, we will ask for your explicit consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties except to comply with accounting or administrative obligations. These third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements or legal obligations.

We retain your data as long as you are a client. This means your customer profile is stored until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. This will also be considered a request for deletion.
Due to administrative obligations, invoices containing personal data must be retained for the legally required period. Employees will no longer have access to your client profile or related documents once services have ended.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under applicable Belgian and European legislation, you have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of Raveg.
To prevent misuse, copies of your data will only be sent to your known email address. If you request delivery via another method, identification may be required. We keep records of processed requests and anonymize data where applicable.
You always have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe your data is being misused.
4.1 RIGHT OF ACCESS
You have the right to access your personal data. Requests can be made to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response within 30 days.
4.2 RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION
You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Requests will be handled within 30 days.
4.3 RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING
You may request restriction of data processing. If granted, processing will be limited until the restriction is lifted.
